Agile Project Manager / Scrum

V_labs is a venture builder with locations in Vienna, Budapest, Munich, Dornbirn and Zurich. We build start-ups for renowned companies or ourselves, mostly with a digital focus. And we are growing. That's why we are looking for talents who are motivated to grow with us and implement the next groundbreaking idea in the form of a start-up.

Your responsibilities

  • Team Support and Facilitation: Act as a Scrum Master by nurturing and supporting the development team. Optimize agile methods, remove obstacles, and create a high-performing environment. Contribute to managing the product backlog and roadmap, define user stories, moderate discussions, resolve conflicts, and handle ad hoc tasks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to remove blockers and facilitate Scrum rituals. Ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication across all teams.
  • Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance: Identify and address process issues (e.g. sprint scope changes, miscommunication) and plan improvements to speed up delivery such as automated testing. Review Jira tickets and conduct release testing to ensure product quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the interface between the product team of our corporate client and the in-house development team. Manage client requests, ensure user stories are ready for development, challenge scope changes, manage epic statuses, and provide regular delivery reports and key metrics tracking.
