Our hiring process typically consists of 3 to 5 stages, depending on the role you are applying for. The following is our standard process for junior and mid-level positions. The process can be slightly shorter for trainees, while for senior roles a third round of interviews may be added. In any case, we look forward to receiving your application!
Interview with at least one managing partner in person or via video call. The third interview is your option to talk to the strategic masterminds behind V_labs and their vision.
Interview with our People Team via video call. In this first interview, we check the role-specific and cultural fit.
Interview with two team members you would work very closely with via video call or in person. The second interview usually involves solving one or more tasks on site - depending on the role.
