For corporates, venture building refers to the implementation of new business models outside of the restrictions of existing company structures by founding a start-up solely for this purpose.
When building ventures for our corporate partners, we take care of the entire process end-to-end. This means that we not only ideate, validate and build the product itself, but also take care of the entire company set-up around it. All of this happens within 4 main phases:

This means that we not only validate a product idea, develop the product or establish the online presence of it, but we also help bring the product to life by providing the necessary resources and expertise. The exploration phase is usually the starting point of any company building project. We ensure that our corporate partner's venture setup is ready by analysing the current situation and checking various corporate aspects such as compliance, governance, financials, HR, controlling, and reporting.

During the validation phase, we establish the foundation for a successful venture. We construct the necessary organisational structures and define parameters like the team setup, legal aspects, governance, funding, stakeholder management, reporting, and steering mechanisms.

Running a venture means providing a team that is not just able to build the product and service. It must also introduce it to the market, generate revenue and provide additional services such as accounting, financing, and management. V_labs provides all the resources needed in venture management, design, development, and marketing as a standalone team or with joint forces from the corporate. The right early-stage start-up team is crucial for the success of a venture. We can temporarily fill the essential roles until permanent staff have been found.

After a successful launch it's time to scale the business model and venture. V_labs will support the growing team as long as it's needed but will replace key roles step by step with internally or externally recruited staff. Alongside this process, the venture will be founded as a separate legal entity, which we also offer as a service.
